Plans and payments
Ember is available now at no cost. Flame and Blaze are planned options; paid upgrades and recurring billing are not available in the app. Planned prices and allowances may change before launch. Any future purchase will show its price and terms before you agree to pay.
Usage limits and availability
Open Settings → Subscription for your remaining allowances and reset dates. Reaching an AI limit does not stop you from sending gestures or viewing saved dates and ideas. Each partner has their own account and allowances.
Photo capacity
Ember starts with 50 photo spaces per person, then adds 5 spaces each month, up to 200. Monthly growth begins with your first successfully added memory and uses UTC monthly anniversaries; unused spaces carry forward. Flame and Blaze have unlimited photo capacity, with one new photo per day. One paid plan benefits both linked partners; libraries and streaks stay personal.
Deleting your own photos frees slots; replacing a photo uses the same slot. Your photos are never automatically deleted at capacity or when paid benefits end. Viewing, editing, downloading and deletion remain available. If you are above your free allowance after a downgrade, new additions require space or restored paid benefits.
After your usual allowance runs out, available personal hearts can cover extra messages, ideas or profiles. You can also choose to buy permanent photo spaces. See your heart bank for current prices and how it works.
