Usage Limits​

AI Therapist messages are subject to weekly limits based on your subscription plan. Limits reset every Monday, and only messages you send count toward your limit β€” AI responses are free.

What Happens at Limit​

When you reach your weekly limit:

  • You can still view past conversations
  • You cannot send new messages until limits reset (Monday)
  • A friendly message explains your limit and upgrade options

Deleting Chat History​

You can delete your entire chat history in Settings > Privacy > Delete Chat History. This removes:

  • All messages
  • All conversation summaries
  • All extracted facts

The AI will start fresh with no memory of past conversations.

Q: Can I start fresh?

A: Yes, you can delete your chat history in Settings at any time. The AI will have no memory of past conversations.

Q: What if I don't have a partner linked?

A: You can still use the AI Therapist, but advice will be more general since the AI won't have insights into your partner's preferences.

Q: Is my conversation used to train AI models?

A: No, your private conversations are not used to train AI models. They are only used to provide you with personalized responses.
